Features
Made of micron diameter metal fiber by spreading, stacking together and then sintering in high temperature. Sintered multi-layer metal fiber felt, with the pore gradient formed by layers with different pore sizes, can achieve high filtering precision and larger holding capacity than sing-layer one does. It is able to continuously maintain the filtering action of filter cloth, and have the characteristics of three dimensional reticulation, porous structure, high porosity, large filtration area, uniform size and distribution of pore, etc.
The metal mesh is easy to be plugged and easy to be damaged. With small flow capacity the powder filter is very fragile. And the filter paper and filter cloth are failure in high temperature and high pressure applications.
